The Bling Global is a premium gifting and merchandise company specializing in customized gifts, corporate gifting solutions, branded merchandise, promotional products, festive gift hampers, employee welcome kits, event giveaways, personalized products, apparel customization, drinkware, stationery, and bulk gifting solutions for businesses and individuals.
2. Eligibility
- To place an order through our website, you must:

Use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
3. Products & Services
We continuously strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, specifications, colors, and pricing of all products.

4. Quotations & Bulk Orders
Corporate and bulk orders are generally processed based on custom quotations.
- Unless otherwise stated:
Quotations remain valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue.
Prices may change due to raw material costs, printing requirements, branding techniques, packaging, freight charges, or government taxes.
Production begins only after receiving written approval of the quotation, artwork, and advance payment (where applicable).
5. Customization & Artwork Approval
The Bling Global specializes in personalized and customized products.
- Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- Names
- Logos
- Text
- Images
- Brand colors
- Spellings
- Sizes
- Quantities
- Artwork
submitted for customization are correct.
Before production, digital artwork, mockups, or proofs may be shared for approval. Once the customer approves the artwork, it is considered final.
The Bling Global shall not be responsible for any spelling errors, design mistakes, incorrect logos, color selections, or content approved by the customer.
Any changes requested after approval may result in additional costs and revised delivery timelines.
6. Intellectual Property & Customer Content
Customers confirm that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or authorizations for any logos, trademarks, artwork, photographs, designs, or other content submitted for customization.
The Bling Global shall not be liable for any copyright infringement, trademark disputes, or legal claims arising from customer-provided content.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all creative concepts, product photography, website content, graphics, layouts, branding materials, and original designs created by The Bling Global remain our intellectual property.
7. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, customization charges, and packaging costs may be charged separately where applicable.
In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order after notifying the customer.
8. Payment Terms

Estimated production timelines are shared based on product type, quantity, branding method, and order complexity.
- Production timelines begin only after:
- Payment confirmation,
- Artwork approval,
Final order confirmation.
Any customer-requested modifications after production begins may lead to additional charges and revised timelines.
10. Shipping & Delivery
We partner with trusted logistics providers to deliver orders across India.
Estimated delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed.
- Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Transportation disruptions
- Courier delays
- Force majeure events
The Bling Global shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address.
11. Inspection of Goods
Customers are requested to inspect all delivered products immediately upon receipt.
Any damage, shortage, incorrect product, or manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
- Order details
- Clear photographs
- An unboxing video (where applicable)
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
12. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Customized and personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly manufactured by us.
Non-customized products may be eligible for return subject to our Return Policy.

13. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
- However:
- Once artwork is approved,
- Raw materials are procured,
- Printing,
- Engraving,
- Embroidery,
- Laser marking,
- UV printing,
- Packaging,
- Or production has commenced,
the order cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of production.
14. Corporate Orders
Bulk corporate orders are manufactured specifically for each client.
- As such:
Minor variations in color, material texture, logo placement, engraving depth, embroidery, or printing alignment within acceptable industry tolerances shall not be considered defects.
Quantity variations within standard manufacturing tolerances may occur.
Delivery schedules for large projects may be phased.
15. User Responsibilities
- You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Upload malicious software or harmful code.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Infringe upon intellectual property rights.

The Bling Global shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, power failures, cyber incidents, or supply chain interruptions.
18. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
19. Website Availability
